Delete your account
You can request deletion of your AventuraGo account and associated data at any time.
How to request it
Send an email toprivacidad@aventurago.appfrom the same address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within a maximum of30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your profile (name and email).
- Any adventures you created.
- Your team participation and progress.
- Photos you uploaded as challenge proof.
What may be retained
We may retain minimal records where a legal obligation requires it (for example, fraud prevention). Such data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once no longer needed.
