1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AventuraGo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What AventuraGo is
AventuraGo lets you create and play real-world, location-based scavenger hunts. Organizers create adventures with stops and challenges; participants validate each stop using GPS and photos.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country.
4. Safety in the real world
Adventures happen in real places. You are responsible for your own safety: obey traffic laws, respect private property and local rules, and be mindful of your surroundings. Organizers are responsible for choosing safe, publicly accessible stops. AventuraGo is not liable for incidents occurring during an activity.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass others, upload illegal or offensive content, or falsify your location to complete challenges. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content you upload
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store and display them to the participants of your adventure, for the purpose of running the service.
7. Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan contracted by the organizer. Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile app are processed and billed by the corresponding app store, subject to its terms and refund policy.
8. Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account from theaccount deletion page.
9. Changes and contact
